Head of Campaign Sales
Job description :
Pierce, Europe's largest and fastest growing motorcycle-focused online retailer, is looking for a Head of campaign sales to join our team.
Pierce is expanding rapidly in all our segments; Offroad/Motocross (MX), Onroad/Motorcycles (MC) and Snowmobiles. Our ambition is to grow faster than what the organic shift from offline to online retail is occurring to further strengthen our leading position for all three brands (24MX, XLMOTO and Sledstore).
One key competitive advantage is that we can offer our customers great products at a great price in our Sales Campaigns. The Campaigns range from big seasonal events like "Black Friday" to daily deals and offerings. We communicate and run the sales campaigns across all of our customer facing channels i.e. Online stores, E-mail and Social Media.
As Head of campaign Sales you are responsible to lead a team who Lead and coordinate all activities to launch a successful sales campaign, the team is currently consisting of two campaign sales managers (with no own direct reports) and one assistant who is a student worker.
Based on sales targets you will lead and coordinate work across several functions such as Product Purchasing/Category Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Graphical Design, Online store and Customer Service.
You will also work regularly with analyses of campaigns and other areas of sales data to optimize our campaigns to be relevant for our customers as well as drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our deals lineup will meet set Campaign Sales Targets.
- Lead a team of 2 campaign sales managers
- Lead and coordinate campaign activities between relevant stakeholders, including Product Purchasing/Category Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Graphical Design, Online store and Customer Service.
- Be innovative and creative in making new campaign ideas come to life.
- Follow competitors campaign activities to ensure that Pierce has competitive campaign offers at any given point in time
- Carry out analysis and follow-up of campaigns and ensure that we constantly improve our messaging and work proactively in our campaigns planning
- Project lead larger campaign activities
Requirements:
- Strong business accumen

- 2+ Years experience from Retail campaing planning
- Previous experience from motor industry is a plus

In this role you also be a part of what we call the extended leadership team together with other managers with direct reports within the company, this includes participate in quartly meetings and brainstorm for improvements. As this is a very exciting bransch it is happening loads of changes, there for it is valueable if you have worked within retail previously and have a flexible mind set and like to create structure even when things are unstrctured.
