What will you be up to?
- As the Head of Account Management at Enteractive you will play the lead role to develop the business’s strategic account planning processes and refine performance objectives, KPI’s, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods.
- You will be responsible to drive and develop account specific growth strategies and approaches, generate revenue growth whilst building strong and long-lasting relationships with consumers.
- You will work closely with cross-functional departments to align goals and approaches that facilitate smooth achievement of key account objectives.
- Conduct market and customer analyses in order to identify key improvement areas in account maintenance and management.
Our ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in key account management position within a fast-paced industry.
- Solid iGaming experience and an existing industry network
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience leading, developing and supporting a team of account managers.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial within this role, in for the purpose of transferring messages in clear, understandable, and convincing terms.
- You understand the iGaming sector as a full, and how our services will benefit the clients CRM cycle, in order to surpass consumer expectations
- Proven successful track record in establishing strong and long-term consumer relationships, being able to retain the highest-value relationships
- MS Office: You have the ability to create reports and presentations for senior sales management, clients, and key stakeholders
