On behalf of our client Mölnlycke Health Care, we are now recruiting a Head of Account To Report within the Global Finance GBS department.
In this key position you´re responsible for all accounting, closing and reporting activities for the local Mölnlycke companies. This includes establish, structure and lead the Account to Report (AtR) organization in GBS in order to support Mölnlycke’s current and future business targets in process area Account to Report.
In addition you will lead, coach and support the individuals of AtR organization to ensure continuous development of needed competencies, efficient working methods and a stimulating working environment to secure that the AtR organization is able to meet the requirements from the GBS customers.
You’ll be working at the headquarters in Gothenburg, collaborating with stakeholders across the three regions of EMEA, AMERICAS and APAC. You’ll also be a member of the GBS Leadership team reporting to Jerker Jenedahl
These will be your key accountabilities
• Lead the transformation of process in scope for the AtR organization
• Accountable to realize continuous improvements in process execution and process quality based on Mölnlycke business needs and business ambition in collaboration with the rest of the GBS organization
• Responsible for all closing and reporting services to Mölnlycke global entities , to secure timely month and year end reporting with high quality.
• Keep close contact to, and cooperate with, MHC Group Finance and local sites to secure that the financial reporting is done in line with Group/IFRS standards and to support local legal GAAP reporting
• Responsible for adherence to internal controls on process steps performed in the GBS environment
• Be a key driver for process digitalization and introduction of data driven processes in GBS at large and for AtR in particular
• Accountable for achieving set business goals and service levels with GBS customers in the area of AtR
• Accountable for Development of talent pool within GBS together with the rest of the GBS management team
What you’ll need
To be successful in this position you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to have holistic and strategic mindset, combined with high level of business understanding and business acumen. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and lead people on different levels in the organization. You are capable of turning data into meaningful information and presentations.
Characteristics required for this position involve being curious and eager to learn and explore with a growth mindset. You are self-confident with proven ability to lead and drive projects. You have proven demonstration of the highest level of integrity as well as high levels of teamwork with cooperation.
You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken and other language skills are creditable.
Qualifications
• University degree – Bachelor/Master in accounting, finance or business administration
• Minimum 10 years of experience operating at a senior level in an international corporate environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience of reporting according to IFRS
• Good understanding of SAP ERP
• Experience from leading positions in Shared Service Center or GBS settings is valuable
• Leadership experience in changing environments
• Excellent Process Development and Process Management Skills
• General understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions
