Head of Accounting

We are now looking for a Head of Accounting, placed at our headquarter office in Stockholm reporting to the CFO. As Head of Accounting, you will work closely with the CFO leading the day-to-day work in the Finance department and driving change and continuous improvement in our way of working and our deliverables.

What you'll do

- Be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting in an international company with a global market, strong growth ambitions and an exciting business complexity
- Drive continuous improvements with regards to financial reporting, accounting, processes, policies, controls and use of systems to achieve a best-in-class finance function
- Manage the treasury function of the Group including cash management, currency exposure and forecasting
- Be responsible for the corporate taxation of the Group, including income taxes, transfer pricing, withholding taxes etc.
- Own and manage the Group’s accounting policy’s, financial processes and policies and internal controls
- In collaboration with the CFO lead the day-to-day work in the Finance department and the development of the finance function

What you'll bring

- Several years of experience working with accounting and financial reporting in an international environment
- Strong knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience of IFRS and Group Accounting
- Knowledgeable in all matters of corporate taxation for an international company
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding for business and financial analysis
- Great communication skills with a drive for leading people
- Excitement of working in a global environment at a high-tech company with strong growth ambitions
- Have a drive to change and improve processes and way of working to improve quality and efficiency
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed
- Have experience from working actively with ERP systems and other financial software’s
- Are fluent in English
