About the role

To our Technology & IT department within Azets Sweden, we are now looking for a Head of Tech Accounting that will be a part of the Tech Management Team and report to the Head of Technology & IT.
As Head of Tech Accounting it is your role to ensure that the accounting applications meet the customers needs. The applications are bought from external suppliers so the responsibility includes collaboration and negotiation with the vendors.
You also collaborate regularly with the Accounting Department within Azets that delivers consulting services to our clients via the tools and applications you are responsible for.
You will be manager of a team of 4-6 people with roles such as System Manager, Digital Advisor and Solution Architect.
Your team will be responsible for pricing and agreements towards our customers as well as designing and implementing system integrations and other types of system automation for the customers. Implementation will be done in close collaboration with the Tech development team as well as with teams from the Accounting Department.
You will work closely with a number of senior stakeholders and partners to ensure the delivery of the technology vision.
Job Requirements:
* Experience working with a business focus, ie participating in customer meetings, setting prices, creating customer agreements, setting and improving different KPI:s, finding new, innovative ways for products to hit the market etc
* Experience as a business-focused technical role, for example: technical advisor/consultant, technical account manager, product manager, product owner, IT project manager etc
* Experience working with 3rd-party vendors/integrators, setting a plan for how to improve things together, following up on SLA:s etc
* Leadership experience
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with Accounting applications
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
This role is based in our Solna Office in Sweden and we apply flexible working, meaning 3 days in the office and up to 2 days at home.
