We are looking for a Head of Accounting to our head office in Södertälje. The role is reporting directly to the CFO and is a great opportunity for you who would like to build a department and procedures from the start.
Job Description
Insourcing the currently outsourced accounting, AP, AR and reporting responsibility for TRATON Financial Services AB and thereby recruit the necessary resources
Establish proper processes and procedures to ensure a proper follow-up of each of the head-office functions together with the Group Control department and department heads
To the extent possible utilize the digital tools available to ensure highest possible quality in the running operation of the accounting function
Responsibility for the group reporting of the concerned Swedish legal entities connected to TRATON Financial Services AB
Responsibility for the external reporting of the concerned legal entities, e.g. tax declaration, VAT, annual report and statistical data as requested by the authorities

Your Skills
Open-minded, ability to work in an international and diverse as well as fast changing environment, reliable, highly motivated and proactive team-player
Hands on experience in Swedish legal and fiscal reporting as well as customary accounting is a requirement – experience in accounting related to financial instruments and Treasury is an advantage
Experience as a manager and/or running projects of defining and implementing new processes and procedures is an advantage
University degree in business administration or similar qualification, 5+ years experience as an senior accountant or Financial Controller
Very good language skills in English
