Do you have passion for Payments and business transformation?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead the new agile release train Accounts & Retail Payments of 60+ individuals that are responsible for developing and maintaining the Swedbank’s market leading retail payment and account products.
- Be a part of the management team of Payment & Accounts that is responsible for Swedbank’s core payment products and IT delivery in all our four home markets.
- Actively manage the IT deliveries in important parts of the portfolio while at the same time maintaining and refining the current processes and IT capabilities.
- Ensure development and maintenance of the infrastructure in the area of payments & accounts to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- Demonstrated experience from IT in the payment area
- Understanding in agile ways of working
- Experience of leading leaders
- Knowledge of Swedish and English both oral and written
