Head of ADAS

ADAS team at CEVT is the system provider, responsible for advanced driver assistance systems in vehicles, ensuring attributes are met under all conditions. We are capable of integrating several aspects of systems in order to meeting customer demands. As system providers, we are a forward looking organization by developing innovative functions and systems together with smart software to create most value for the customer. ADAS consists today of thirteen engineers and works closely with the AD team. ADAS-AD is a part of the Motion & Energy organization at CEVT.

As Head of ADAS, you are responsible to developing the ADAS team, to securing all related deliveries for concerned products. You are expected to looking forward to developing attributes and functions for next level of ADAS systems. You have the responsibility to deliver all related projects to success, including involving outside partners as well as building relations with internal stakeholders.

At CEVT, you will be a part of a global company with people who want to do great things and enjoy it. As Head of ADAS, you will direct report to the Head of ADAS-AD and be based at Uni3 Lindholmen, Gothenburg.

Responsibilities and Deliveries

- Lead and develop the ADAS team
- Secure project deliveries on time with correct quality, cost and efficiency focus on all developed products
- Identify and build critical competence to fulfill future expectations on capability and IP grow
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers/partners and Geely/Zeekr China colleagues
- Manage continuous improvements on tools and methods to secure efficiency and technical leadership


Suitable background and Experience

- Minimum M.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least five years of new ADAS technologies and deep understanding of simulation based testing
- Documented and successful managerial experience with excellent ability to motivate people
- Courage in leading with trust and care, and drive for results in an ever-changing environment
- Efficient and excellent planning skills. Fluent in English. Swedish driving license B for passenger cars
