Key Responsibilities:
For the Virtual Desktops & Apps and Mobile Workspace services, the End-Point Services area is looking for a line consultant. The end-point area is undergoing change, with existing services being developed and new services being introduced as part of ongoing transformations to improve mobility and productivity for the employees of the organization's Alliance.


The end-point area as a whole consists of the following:
Workspace for IT (Managed Desktop & Certifications)
Virtual Desktop & Apps - App Deployment & Release
Workspace on the Move
Managed Print Services - Core Application Management



In order to manage and develop the service area, the Product Expert collaborates closely with the Product Owner for End-Point in the assignment. The position reports to the Digital Workplace Director.


The position necessitates functional management and development experience in large, complex organisations, where effective collaboration across organisational and functional boundaries is critical to success. A goal-oriented and proactive approach, as well as the ability to see the big picture and the connections between technology, people, and processes, are critical to the mission's success.

XenMobile
Citrix ADC is a Citrix application development kit.
Citrix Apps and Virtual Desktops
Intune & SCCM
Microsoft365
AzureAD and Active Directory
HP hardware includes computers, laptops, dolls, monitors, and software.



The following are the responsibilities of the position:
Assuring the continuity and improvement of pre-existing services
Take part in, manage, and coordinate initiatives and projects.
Supplier and main activity operational management and coordination
Communication with stakeholders and information
Serving as a liaison between the M365 programme and on-premises delivery.
Other aspects of IT are outsourced, which is why you work with our international outsourcing partner as well.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Working in line operations as well as on projects in a landscape with outsourced IT is a plus (offshore)
Driving IT changes and relocations with the business in mind is a plus.
Good security and information security knowledge
Excellent structural ability
Technical requirements and supplier management
Working knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
Great habit of mapping and analysing needs and coming up with the best solution that balances security, technical requirements, and user experience.
Possess the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.



Should you have any requirements:
Insurance and/or financial industry experience is preferred.
"User Experience Monitoring" and XLA experience

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
