In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Make a meaningful societal impact being responsible for securing strategic capabilities and competences in the SW Engineering workforce domain aimed at identifying, stopping, and preventing money laundering and terrorist financing
- Set the strategic direction and continuously develop the roadmap for strategic workforce management, capability/competence development as well as development of best practice processes & ways of working in the Engineering domain
- Adopt and implement market best practices and industry-leading standards to advance the SW engineering practice especially with regards to development frameworks and quality assurance
- Setup and manage multiple teams and community of practices (CoP) within the AML Engineering Guild
- Establish structures, processes, and ways of working to cater for knowledge sharing and best practice transfer across various guilds as well as within the AML Engineering guild
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication in a proactive manner
What is needed in this role:
- Experience from leading and managing larger technology/SW development teams especially building/introducing new capabilities and developing competences across the workforce
- Degree in IT or related field. Well versed in/or certified in Agile Development frameworks and/or progress toward certification and/or extensive experience working in Scaled Agile environment
- Hands-on experience in SW engineering and best practice concepts such as DevSecOps, CI/CD as well as software architectural concepts and Cloud Analytics technologies
- Experience coordinating IT processes/initiatives spanning several business areas and teams
- Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management with a passion for problem solving
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication (to both technical and non-technical audiences) skills
- Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment
- Understanding/experience of the business domain is meriting; finance, financial crime, AML/CTF, KYC
- Fluency in English; verbal and written.
- Knowledge and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
