Natural Cycles is looking for a Head of analytics & growth!
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about our customers and their retention, data and analytics, conversion optimisation, product virality, our vision and helps us drive Natural Cycles to become a global success.
The Head of Growth/Analytics will operate in the intersection of marketing and product development, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention.
What you will be doing
- Work with the team with 4 core components: - Make sure the right data infrastructure and analytics tools are in place
- Define the company’s growth plan
- Coordinate and execute growth programs
- Optimize the full funnel: user leads - conversion - retention
- Create the infrastructure that enables- Analysis of user behavior
- Scientific experimentation
- Targeted promotions
- Responsible for the analytics and web teams: project managers, developers, designers and data and conversion experts
- Internal promotion of team’s achievements
- Ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high level of quality for the team.
- Managing expectations for project deliverables within
- Managing stakeholder communications
- Helping to implement an effective system of project governance
What type of person we are looking for
- Min. 3 years experience leading an Analytics & Growth team
- A performance driven person and used to getting insights from data analytics.
- You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense.
- You are capable of tackling loosely defined problems.
- Balanced business/technical background:- Sufficient level of technical understanding to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
- Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
What skills you should have
- You have mastered statistical reasoning
- Understand how to design effective experiments
- Develop a quantitative intuition for interpreting user experience data
- Ability to combine information from data as well as targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback to gain a deep understanding of user needs and habits.
- Analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Creative approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on details while keeping the “big picture” in mind.
- Know how to communicate with stakeholders, as well as working closely with a team of engineers.
