The Head of Anti-Corruption Compliance reports directly to the Volvo Group Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for further developing and driving the implementation of the Volvo Group’s global anti-corruption compliance program. As one of the crucial positions on the Corporate Compliance team, this position is responsible for the following tasks:
Support tone from the top and communication across the Group
Ensure adequate risk assessment and mitigation strategy
Oversee and further refine Volvo Group’s anti-corruption compliance policies and procedures, including the company’s third party management approach
Define strategy and content related to anti-corruption related training as part of Volvo Group’s overall compliance training strategy
Ensure appropriate program monitoring and reporting to secure effectiveness
Assume responsibility for managing anti-corruption related investigations and proceedings
Advise on critical anti-corruption matters
Oversee legislative developments and develop a strategic position for Volvo Group
Interact with authorities and industry stakeholders for best practice and policy developments
Manage and oversee anti-corruption related investigations

All of the above tasks will require intensive collaboration and alignment with Volvo Group’s Truck Divisions, Business Areas and Group Functions. As a member of the Corporate Compliance function, you will work with the other members of the compliance team to address overlapping compliance topics and lift synergies.
Corporate Compliance is a head-office function responsible for managing the Volvo Group anti-corruption, export control and sanctions, data privacy and anti-trust compliance programs. We are working in close cooperation with the legal function of the Volvo Group and all Divisions and Business Areas.

Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 7 years experience in the area of anti-corruption compliance either in an international law firm or as an in-house counsel
Strong leadership skills
Strong business acumen with a sense for practical solutions in multi-cultural environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
