Head of Application Management

We are now looking for a Head of Application Management (App Architect) at our office in Stockholm.

About the role

As Head of Application management at Aimo Park, you will manage and lead a team of eight product owners and take a lead in the solution and application architecture. The tasks involve defining, developing and managing the product ownership as well as solution and application architecture. You should also be able to translate business needs into technical solutions and be responsible for solutions in Sweden, Norway and Finland. In this role, you will also act as a product owner for integration and transformation layer solutions. You will work and lead according to agile methods and report and communicate directly to the Head of IT at Aimo Park.

Travels can occur about once a month, to Norway or Finland.

About you

To flourish in this role, we see that you have experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Solutions Architecture
• 5+ years’ experience in Application Management / Product Ownership
• 5+ years’ experience of leading teams of different sizes and seniority level
• Experience in defining system design, leveraging design patterns and best practices definition
• Experience in an agile way of working

It’s a plus if you have experience

• Of working in international companies
• In governance models
