Head of Architecture & Platform Tech
Lynk & Co is seeking a visionary technology leader to join our team as the Head of Platform Tech and Architecture with deep understanding of architectural & information security and passion for driving technical excellence.
You will be part of central technology department reporting to CTO and you will lead team of central tech architects, information security specialists and teams managing tech foundation platforms.
The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co International HQ.
What you'll do
- Maintain and execute a strategic technology roadmap to drive the evolution and scalability of our tech platform architecture.
- Lead a team of talented architects and specialists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Maintain and enforce architectural standards, principles, ensuring robustness, scalability, security, compliance, and performance across the technology landscape.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, functional tech teams and operations, to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for adoption and driving continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of best practices for software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of solutions.
What you should have
- Proven experience as a technology leader, preferably in a similar role, with a strong background in enterprise architecture and information security.
- Deep understanding of scalable and distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud technologies, and data management.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, frameworks, and tools, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Experience leading and motivating teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals and drive organizational change.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
