Vattenfall is scaling up its electric car charging solutions – InCharge - business in Europe. In Nordics we have a broad portfolio of public and B2B charging solutions. With this we contribute to our mission to enable fossil-free living! To maintain and further optimize our network of charging solutions, we are looking for someone who will fulfill the role of Head of Asset Management within Vattenfall E-mobility Nordics. You will lead the team ‘Asset Management’ and be part of the E-Mobility Nordics management team.
To strengthen our E-Mobility team, Vattenfall is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Asset Management E-Mobility (N-3) for placement in Solna in a permanent full-time position. Exceptional tasks require exceptional people. We look forward a team member with dedicated engagement in enhancing our E-Mobility business activities, both on a strategic, tactical and operational level. Your team is in lead of taking care of our existing assets and provide asset related services to our customers. The team ensure high performance of charging stations in the field and has the customer satisfaction top of mind. As a leader you support the team in translating strategic goals into tactical plans and operational activities. You are one of the most important stakeholders in setting up governance and structure around our assets. You will be part of our dynamic team within the Business Unit E-Mobility, which is also active in Sweden and the Netherlands, and you will report to the Director of E-Mobility Sweden.
Your role
As Head of Asset Management for E-Mobility Nordics you are part of the Nordic management team and your area of responsibility includes:
Leading and developing your team by providing vision, clear goals and coaching.
Improving the business by supporting the team in ways of working to ensure operational excellence, including implementation and steering of KPIs
Bringing in creativity and digitalization to simplify ways of working
Setting up tactical partnerships and evaluate ways to scale up operations
Creating internal stakeholder relations with corresponding and related functions.
Kravspecifikation
We are looking for a dedicated Head of Asset Management for E-Mobility Nordics who wants to support us in further growing our business and who brings in knowledge in asset maintenance and performance analysis, preferably within the field of charging infrastructure. As an ideal candidate, you have a high strive to excel and further develop business operations, and you have the customer experience top of mind. You have the ability to plan, structure and execute work and lead a team towards excellence. You have a technical understanding, especially within connected infrastructure such as charging stations, your analytical skills are an essential part of your profile and support you in strategic planning and problem analysis.
You also have:
A completed master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, management, or engineering.
Leadership skills and the ability to develop talents within the team.
You can potentially already demonstrate success in achieving commercial goals within Asset Management, emphasizing your ability to successfully meet both technical and commercial requirements.
Technical knowledge of hardware from various manufacturers in E-Mobility (AC / DC) is an advantage.
Customer and process oriented mindset to enable growth
You are communicative and have good presentation skills in Swedish and English.
