At H&M BEAUTY, our aim is to capture the enormous market potential of the beauty industry by making it possible for everyone to look, feel and do good. We are pioneering a new business model for the H&M group where our own in-house beauty assortment is complemented with the latest external Beauty brands, allowing our customers to complete their fashion look with the best in beauty. 2023 is our launch year - when our new assortment, our new concept and our new stores and online experience come to life.
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for assortment and commercial controlling at H&M Beauty. You will together with the assortment and controlling teams set the vision, strategy, goals, and supporting KPIs to secure the best product offer and enable growth and profitability in the long and short term. This includes setting sales and margin targets, pricing strategy and more. You will also, together with our in-house sales and marketing teams, be responsible for securing that our commercial plan (what we activate, why and when) is strong enough for us to deliver on our ambitious sales targets. You are a key leader within the organization, being part of setting the brand strategy while at the same time being involved in day-to-day operations and solve problems on the go. You are responsible for leading, challenging and developing a diverse team of business controllers and other analytical colleagues. You work closely with Head of Assortment and assortment managers and participate in meetings with our external brands. You also collaborate with production, supply planning, logistics and tech teams to ensure that processes, systems, analytical tools and the supply chain is set up to deliver on our goals.

You are a confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you contribute to create a collaborative and warm environment. You have a strategic and analytical approach, and you generate impact and great results.
To be successful in this role we think you have;
At least 5 years of business controlling and/or merchandising experience
Previous experience from leading a team
Proven track record in strategic approach and in driving impact for the business
Strong analytical and technical ability to develop analysis and reporting method in your team
Experience from project management is meritorious
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based at the H&M Head Office in Stockholm and you will report to the Brand Controller.
