Your role
As the Head of Authorisation Management at Saab Group, you will lead the strategic planning, development and implementation of process and methodology within the authorisation management, which is a certification part of learning management. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with certification requirements for employees as part of the learning management framework. This is done through close collaboration with Business areas, Operational countries, Group functions and different Process, Method and Tool groups. This role is placed within Saab Group Quality organization and you will report to Head of Quality Saab Group.
Primary the responsibility of the role is:
* Lead and act as subject matter expert for the rollout of authorization management with in Saab Group functions
* Monitor and analyse training metrics to measure effectiveness of authorisation management
* Drive continuous improvements initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency together with relevant stakeholders
* Identify and prioritise business needs and translate these into IT requirements that are manged by the Workday organisation
* Perform monthly follow-up meetings with business representatives
* Provide leadership in change management, guiding and motivating teams through periods of transition and successfully implementing
* Utilize exceptional communication and cooperation skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners across various organizational levels
This position is primarily located in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Linköping, though other locations can be discussed. We encourage candidates to clearly specify the location they prefer to work from.

To thrive in this role, you have:
* A higher education degree in Human Resources or equivalent knowledge and competence.
* Great communication skills in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
* Good learning management understanding and knowledge and experience of learning management solutions
Experience Workday or equal learning management system is a useful qualification.
