Job Description
We are searching a Coaching & Hands-On technical Leader for the Engineering Team “Automation & Digital Services” (A-Team) ... You support & enable autonomous work within the cross-functional Product Team in close collaboration with the Product Owner, i.e. remove impediments, excite your team mates about new challenges & develop your team's skills, organize staff and working mode of team:
Drive Functional Excellence of Software Engineering work within the Team
Concept-to-Product for HD Automation Products, Digital Services & related IT-Tools
Operations of Digital Services & 2nd level support for operative departments (DevOps Responsibility)
Contribute to the Business Units strategy and lead your Team in their contribution - Be the creative Minds & Problem Solvers in the Product Team
Support the Product Owner in Prioritization Decisions and Limit of Work in Progress
Lead by content: Provide an independent functional perspective on effective and efficient application of Engineering methods & tools
actively gather feedback on the processes, methods and tools & drive continuous improvement & Learning



Qualifications
Leadership Experience in Software context, preferably in Industrial Context
Educational Background in Software or/and Electronics Engineering
Profound knowledge in methods and tools within Software & Automation Product Engineering
Open-minded and communicative
Self-confident and autonomous way of working
Constructive & transparent in cooperation
Change Management & transformational leadership skills
