Bricknode is a B2B focused SaaS-company that provides a highly scalable cloud banking software. The platform offers composable infrastructure to financial institutions and supports the digitalization of processes within those organizations to enable a seamless end user experience. A primary product advantage is the flexibility and quick time to market where deployment can occur instantly.

About the role
Why this role is important to us:

Part of our offering is an outsourced back-office desk where we provide the day-to-day back-office operations for our customers.

We are looking for someone who wants to lead the back-office team in the daily operations and act as business and requirements analyst to make sure no manual task is performed twice. Being able to understand complex business events and explain these to your colleagues and formulate requirements for IT is key.

The team consists of four members, and you are responsible for making sure that they succeed in every way.

We think you have a few years in finance, possibly in a manager’s role, and are looking for a new challenge. Being fond of structure and being self-reliant is a big advantage. This is a senior position, and the head of back-office will report to the CEO.

Acting as a liaison between IT, Customer Success and Engineering solid interpersonal skills will serve you well.

Bricknode believes in a flexible working environment. We have offices in Stockholm and London, HQ in Skövde. Our team is a distributed one. While we do not have any fixed requirements of days per week in an office, we do like to meet up and value the time we spend together. Being a distributed team requires the Head of back office to be able stay on top of the goings on, putting in place a structure allowing for transparency and efficiency.
