Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Head of BDGS CS Automation & AI who will be ensuring the right transformation toward Data Drive Support. In this role, you'll be responsible for incubation, qualification, development and execution of Automation program, including ML/AI. You will need to understand market value of Automation & AI, calculate and present ROI and prepare Business case to support the investment and the E2E project realization. In collaboration with Market Areas, you will also ensure that data driven support will be introduced in each single Ericsson market. You will be working in close collaboration with the Service Area Network organization, BDGS transformation team, global support competence centers, product development and product line maintenance teams.
You will
Drive and own – Qualification, Implementation, and Executions of Automation & AI initiatives across BDGS CS to secure competitiveness on Customer Support Delivery Execution
Define in collaboration with BNEW SAN and BDGS SAs the strategy and roadmap of the Automation journey, Definition, and Implementation of the Proof of Concepts (PoC), loopback towards PDUS on key demand/requirements for Automation & AI
You will be the main point of contact from BDGS CS for qualification and prioritization of key initiatives, such as Serviceability, Automation & Assets adoption, Network Support Automation, and Service Continuity Automation (Customer Support portfolio)
The main driver for AI incubation of preemptive Use cases for BDGS portfolio
Have ownership and accountability for the establishment and operations of the Innovation across the Market Area CS BDCS domain
Keep and evaluate a portfolio of global and local Tools/Automation/AI, support MAs to scale local initiative into a global one
Collect requirements from all MAs BDGS CS organization handshake and prioritize with BA/Serviceability program/PDUs
Secure BDCS CS automation is following standards for IT and security compliance
Facilitate environment in the team to nurture automation and innovation culture, make possible to contribute with ideas
Maintain BDGS CS automation plan and handshake with MA during MBR
Prepare BC/return on investment in collaboration with MA to have clear monetization of automation
Partner with sourcing for accurate value extraction of innovation during 3pp contract renegotiation
To be successful in the role you must have
Minimum 5 years experience in Automation
Proven Experience in Telco industry
BDGS at least 2 solution areas
Experience in Automation, Tableau and cloud environment
Proven experience in Automation suites: low code, BOT/RPA, UI definition, process automation, API.
Data pipeline build-up, Data security
Preemption and self-healing automation workflow
Analytics and data collection/structure/ data stitching
AI use case creation from return on investment to development and execution
