Solutions is a new unit in Solution Area Packet Core established to strengthen a network wide focus having accountability for the 5G Core System evolution. We will drive technology evolution plans, define network capabilities and Target solutions that simplify global deployments of 5G systems for mobile broadband, enterprise and mission critical services.

We seek another energizing, empathic, fact-based colleague to our new leadership team. Together we will establish and grow our solutions team.
You will care for our Portfolio and Product Management team of 6 senior Product Managers with focus on 5G Core System end-to-end capabilities, Target solutions on various cloud environments including Hyperscalers as well as critical communication and other end-to-end capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Defining quantified and trackable business values for our Target Solutions
Mentoring and grow a senior team of Product Managers
Establishing the best practise within unit and across SA/BA/MA partners including tools and processes for effective collaboration and accountability
Handling portfolio governance, investment decisions and portfolio tactics involving many partners across Ericsson
Contributing in BA wide strategy work and convert it into execution plans
Articulating portfolio and technical choices to customer executive level


Key Qualifications:
Fact-based decision style with ability to quickly select the essentials and take courageous decisions
Business case development skills based on solid customer and market insights
Experience of a structured approach to strategy definition, portfolio positioning and day-to-day portfolio handling
Ability to build and articulate compelling logical stories, decision material and business cases in short time
Collaborate and handle senior partners across Business and Market Areas
Energizing leadership style, engaging hands-on with empathy and decisiveness
Ability to lead and deliver on cross-organizational change
Technical understanding of Ericsson related 5G offerings, preferably in BGDS portfolio but not exclusively.
Experience from Market Area, Services and customer facing roles will be meriting.
