About the role

As Head of BI, you are responsible for the overall management and coordination of our Business Intelligence function which is under construction. This includes developing and implementing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Business Intelligence services.

Some examples of your daily work:

- Build a Business Intelligence strategy and function to deliver accelerated growth across the business areas
- Provide strategic insights into internal and external customer data needs.
- Leading the team to iteratively improve data capability and data architecture to support the BI mission
- Responsible for recruitment, training and development of new team members
- Set goals and drive the overall roadmap for the business intelligence team
- Establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments.
- Translate complex analytics tasks into easily consumable outputs to guide data-driven decisions with various stakeholders


In addition, the Head of BI is responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and for ensuring that the Business Intelligence function is aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

So, who are you?

To succeed in this position, we believe you have a background within analytics, business intelligence or similar. You have experience of successfully leading and coaching business Intelligence teams and of building analytics teams and business intelligence organizations from the ground up. Furthermore, you have knowledge of agile tactics and methodology.

As person, you are not afraid of taking decisions to lead the business forward and have great communication skills. Due to our expansion, it is positive if you are result oriented and structured.
