Head of BOM Digital Products and Digital Orchestrator

We are now looking for Head of Battery Optimization and Monitoring (BOM) Digital Products and Digital Orchestrator.
The role description
This position will work with a cross functional team to set up digital tools, data services and processes for Battery Optimization and Monitoring digital products. The digital orchestrator role covers the entire Digital and IT function at Volvo Energy.
Main responsibility:
· Set the battery ecosystem vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities​
· Be responsible for agile project management, IT budget planning and secure resources.
· Provide thorough analysis and insights of market, technology and product trends in Battery Optimization and Monitoring area
· Take the end-to-end ownership of the own digital product & processes​
· Ensure delivery and efficient usage of the digital tools​
· Build and engage a diverse, high performing and competent team and easy to do business with
· Establish ways of working with cross functional team

Requirements
· You need to have minimum 10 years of experience in digital and IT field.
· You will need to bring with you a minimum 3 years of experience leading IT project teams in the international working environment.
· You have proven records working closely with senior executives and multiple stakeholders and demonstrate strong skills in change management, project management and cross cultural agility.
· You are demonstrating the strong business and value driven attitude and you are able to work and deliver high quality results under pressure and across different time zones.

Educational Requirements
· MBA, Master of Science in computer Science or equivalent
