We are looking to strengthen our global team in the field Marketing, and are seeking to recruit at the earliest opportunity a Head of Brand Experience and Activation.

Your Tasks
Oversee all of Ottobock’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class brand and communications experience.
Responsible for leading Global Marketing Management, Brand Activation Operations, Digital Marketing, UX/UI and Brand teams.
Work across cross-functional groups (O&P Solutions, Business Solutions, Events and Tradeshows, and Education) in the Marketing organization and lead global downstream marketing efforts from marketing strategy to communications execution positioning product and strategic solutions initiatives.
Work in collaboration with Marketing leads throughout the Ottobock world to design customer experience and activation opportunities for strategic initiatives.
Translate strategic initiatives, corporate positioning, and brand strategy into engaging customer experiences across owned and organic digital properties
In partnership with Market Intelligence and Business modelling design strategic initiatives KPIs and digital analytics dashboards for campaign measurement and success measures.
Lead Brand and Marketing (patient acquisition) strategic treatment initiatives and support for global Patient Care marketing.
Lead corporate branding and design across Ottobock Healthcare and Patient Care network.
In partnership with internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Employer branding, Executive leadership, etc.) lead planning and execution of Ottobock’s global brand communication.
Lead creative, digital and media partnerships throughout Brand Experience and Activation team.
Lead Regional Brand Management group throughout the Ottobock global network
Overall budget management across creative, media and agency partners
Responsible of maintaining marketing documentation for audit and risk report management
Up to 40% international travel



Your Profile
At least ten years of experience in marketing experience and advertising experience in an international environment and both corporate and advertising agency experience
Broad international experience and fully fluent in English
Deep knowledge in B2B as well as B2C Marketing and the development of digital marketing.
Understanding of healthcare marketing environment, from a broad perspective in the global world
External creative and media agency management experience
Experienced in organizational change management and building meaningful relationships across functions and borders.
Proven success in building highly effective global teams, in-/ outsourcing
Understanding of procurement process for vendor management
Strong experience managing virtual teams and in a cross-country
Fluently surf cultural diversity
Experience in leading communication and brand efforts for corporate acquisitions
Experience with corporate marketing auditing
Experience in developing brands from strategy through execution across multi-channel marketing campaigns and/or product experiences
Proven ability to interpret and absorb data and translate into strategic recommendations
Experience in designing and managing brand architecture across a complex portfolio
