Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated leader to help shape the H&M brand experience, both in-store and online. As Head of Brand Experience, you will have the opportunity to suggest, identify and contribute to exciting projects that aim to strengthen and develop the H&M brand.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Suggest and contribute to strategic projects that develop the H&M brand experience in physical and digital stores.
Project manage initiatives aimed at incubating new ideas and concepts within Brand Development
Develop the Brand City strategy and pilot programs
Represent Brand Development in key strategic projects with a clear focus on brand experience
Lead, coach, and develop your team (in line with our values and leader expectations)
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on the brand plan



Qualifications
You have extensive experience developing brand experiences in physical and digital retail. You should also have a broad knowledge of the brand development field, both from an operational and a strategic perspective. The ideal candidate should have an agile leadership style and be a change agent. Additionally, a creative, visionary and inspirational approach to leadership and promoting and embracing innovative ideas is essential for success in this role.
We also see that you have:
A university degree in Marketing/Business or relevant experience.
10+ years of experience in building brand experiences in physical and digital stores.
Proven leadership experience from leading senior professionals with experience from leading in change and working in a large international organization.
Strategic thinking with ability to translate insights and data into strategies and ideas.
Strong business and growth mindset with bias for action – ability to move swiftly from strategy to action.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in internal and external stakeholder management.
Experienced in end-to-end project management.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative abilities.
