Job Description
Join H&M as the Head of Brand ID & Design and play a key role in defining and developing H&M Brand Identity and platform, what the H&M brand should stand for and its visual expression. You will be responsible for developing creative frameworks, creating consistent guidelines that guide the brand and marketing community across touchpoints, ensuring our brand stays true to its values and direction.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Define Brand Identity & platform including brand promise and point of view.
Develop creative framework and guidelines across touchpoints
Develop the global content strategy for the brand
Develop the H&M brand’s visual expression and graphical design that communicates ideas through typography, imagery, colour, and form.
Support central teams and regions in the application of the brand guidelines.
Lead, coach and develop your unit, leaders, and teams (in line with our values and leader expectations)



Qualifications
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in brand building and creative strategy and broad knowledge from building strong brand identities. You have worked both strategically and operationally with brand strategy and creative expression and execution. Additionally, you have strong organizational management skills and an agile leadership style using clear and transparent communication.
We also see that you have:
University degree, preferably in Marketing/ Creative or a similar field.
10+ years of experience and a proven track record of developing brand identities and creative strategies across markets.
Strategic thinking with ability to translate insights and data into strategies and ideas.
Ability to connect brand building and business outcome.
Creativity and innovation skills.
International work experience.
Proven experience of leading teams in change and working in a large international organization and in internal and external stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
