This role is focused on driving new models across a variety of client remits, and therefore exposure to different sectors, skills, channels and approaches is important. You will be responsible for leading client profitability, client organic revenue growth and ensuring the operations team As Head of business you are leading large, complex projects. You are able to create momentum within your team and on your business to deliver high quality and drive growth. You think beyond the short term, identifying potential opportunities, risks and solutions for how the team with focus on our Client Directors and Account Managers can fulfill or overcome them.
Fully understand client business objectives / communication objectives.
Work closely with global client team on HQ requests & initiatives, such as cost modules exercise, people-based marketing initiatives and brand safety
Responsible for our team of Client Directors and Account Managers and support and build that group to success.
Effective management of client expectations is essential; support your teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of work, identifying improvements to ways of working where required.
Be responsible for the delivery of revenue across the clients your teams and pursue all potential cross sell / up sell opportunities.
Work closely with the Business partnership team on client development and with the new business lead to deliver new business pitches as required.
Work closely with our Head of creative, Head of strategy, Head of Innovation and together work as a team that support all our client team to reach success.
Work closely with our management (CEO, Head of Finance, Head of Talent) in order to achieve the goals that are set each year.
