We are now looking for a Head of Business Control to Aurobay. In this new position you will be responsible for the global business control function.

Head of Business Control is responsible for all business control matters and are the single point of contact for the operational management and outsourced financial services for all business and finance control related matters.

You are responsible for a team of approx. 5 people located in Gothenburg, Skövde and Zhanjiakou in China. You will be a part of the Finance Management team and report directly to the CFO at Aurobay, located in Gothenburg.

Main tasks

• Drive the Finance agenda including performance steering in Aurobay including performance reviews for the various functions.
• Set and follow up performance targets and drive financial deliveries such as profitability, perform analysis and development of effective and efficient financial processes.
• Collaboration and be the single point of contact for the operational management and outsourced financial services for all business and finance control related questions.
• Communicate the results of the analysis and delivery plan within the organization, to management and the board.

Qualifications and personality

• Bachelor degree in Finance or similar. MBA would be a benefit.
• 10 + years of experience within the Business controlling area and experience from complex business case modelling.
• Strong leadership experience and change management.
• Broad experience from Industrial or R&D environment.
• Skilled in understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way.
• Experience within Mergers & Acquisitions would be preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.

Your strongest asset in this position is your excellent leadership and your experience of change management. You bring a structured way of working combined with an analytical mind.
