Job Summary:
We are now looking for an Executive Manager who is responsible for general and broad managerial tasks within the framework of Ericsson Group Policies and Directives. Securing borderless cooperation, capturing synergies and business opportunities as well as optimizing use of resources. To drive “one Ericsson” implementing market and product strategies securing profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
You will outline and drive strategy
Apply financial acumen
Communicate and collaborate
Drive execution
Provide leadership
Accountable for P&L for own unit/division

Key Qualifications:
Education: MBA, MSc or similar theoretical background
Broad experience from different functional areas
Domain experience: (Recruiter to supply area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
