What the role’s about:
Tobii Dynavox is on a journey to increase focus on sales and making data driven decisions across the company. To support growth and profitability it is necessary to build back-office functions that have the right infrastructure and capabilities to efficiently and with high quality support the business. The Head of Business Excellence & Strategy Execution will play an important part in increasing the maturity in our organization and ensuring that we as an organization continue to succeed in executing on our strategy, structuring and responsible for our governance model. You will also play an important role as our own internal management consultant and work with projects to make us even better than we thought possible.
The role will be based in Stockholm to lead and develop Business Excellence and Strategy Execution across Tobii Dynavox, and long term set up and build this department. It is an international role within a very recognized and well respected brand​, and you will be included in building a new part of the organization. You will be working in an industry that has a huge unexploited potential​ and ambitious agenda.
What you’ll do:
As our Head of Business Excellence & Strategy execution you will develop, design, implement and improve processes, tools, governance frameworks and ways of working and doing business. You will drive for example M&A execution, set our governance structure together with EMT (Executive Management Team) and make sure we succeed in executing on our business plan. You will also lead and develop this team and ensure right staffing and competency across this team characterized with a business-oriented mindset and a passion for data driven decision making. Your days will be filled with the following tasks as well:
· Work with continuous improvement of Tobii Dynavox’s way of doing business and lead the work with EMT (Executive Management Team) to structure “how we should run the company”
· PMO – oversee all our business important and/or strategic initiatives/projects
· Structuring our business excellence - facilitate improvement and development of frameworks related to processes, policies, products, projects
· Train and develop our organization around governance and frameworks
· Vision to long-term develop and lead a team for this department
· Work closely with our management team but also different stakeholders around the organization
Who are you?
You are a result-orientated person that independently takes full responsibility and owns the accountability. You are hands on while at the same time finding the balance to delegate and develop others, proactively understands what needs to be done and develop a clear strategic plan to enable execution. You are pedagogic and communicate effectively across different levels and parts of the organization, and you are not afraid to stand up for own point of view. You take a leading role within the Finance organization and build a team where people perform, develop, and thrive. As a person you are also strong in analysis and structure and can see the big picture, understands the overall business goals, and provides relevant and accurate analysis to guide decision making and enable steering of the business. You have a high capacity while maintaining quality and preferably enjoy a changing environment with high demands.
What are your qualifications?
We are looking for someone with a management consulting background and with many years of relevant work experience from understanding business process and working in an international, growing context.
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineer or similar
· Experience from PMO functions
· Leadership experience
· Strong digital business competence, preferably with system competency
· Excellent communication and coordination skills and proficient in English language
Other desired skills:
· Experience from system implementations
· Experience from companies with R&D
