What you´ll do

As part of CVM & Analytics Management team, your mission will be to enable quick and easy access to quality information. To achieve this mission, you will be responsible for a team of 15+ BI professionals. Your key deliverables will be to develop & deliver on overall BI strategy, BI / Data Warehouse platforms & systems and all its operational processes. The strategy will also require transforming and modernizing current platforms to state-of-the-art cloud based modern BI/data warehousing solutions and developing next generation interactive dashboards and visualizations. Since this is a leadership role, you will also be expected to be a coach and mentor of the team, ensuring excellence in team engagement and enablement. The team works in a very fast paced, challenging and exiting environment. You will be expected to use agile methods and instruments for projects in the area of ​​BI.

Who you are

Strong leadership experience of leading tech teams. Ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience working in modern BI environments, setting up data warehouse, data platforms, dashboards / data visualization and exploration solutions. Experience of setting up data and information governance and Analytics/BI transformations will be a plus. We are looking for someone who has the drive and passion to make a difference and a meaningful impact.
