Creator Studio is part of the H&M Group’s unit Business Venture that has the objective to identify and scale new business models, ventures and partnerships to generate new revenue streams. Creator Studio is a digital first, end-to-end on-demand platform with the goal to challenge the market of branded merchandise around the world. We do so by partnering with Creators such as artists, athletes, teams or individuals, giving them a canvas for creativity and expressions, while being a globally trusted partner operating their merch stores. With our backbone from H&M Group’s ecosystem we can provide our Creators on-demand printing through a sustainable supply chain and a global network. With our unique capabilities and offering we empower Creators everywhere, big or small – local or global, and let them focus on what they do best.
Job Description

As Head of Business Operations, you will be part of developing the future of Merchandise and Print on demand. We are in a startup/scaleup phase, and you should enjoy working both in an operational way and have the ability to work on a strategical and long-term perspective.
This role is responsible for Business Operations in a wide scope, and you will work with different parts of H&M Group to ensure Creator Studio taps into existing flows and value streams or secures new ones being created based on our business needs.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Explore and develop new business models, pilots and projects, including all steps from identifying the requirements, implementation, and evaluation of the pilot
Drive Creator Studio’s expansion strategy. This often entails contacts with group assets and driving new market entries
Secure compliance with legal and business requirements and to ensure the agreements are kept updated
Make sure that Creator Studio has data privacy on their mind and that this is reflected in the way of working and in the way technical platforms are being used and built
Enable customer success processes to ensure our creators and their fans always have a world class experience. This includes leading customer support, managing mystery shopping and similar
Ensure monitoring tools for SLA:s exits and having an overarching view on how well the customer promise is being met
Responsible for building a world class team within Business Operations, the role has staff responsibilities of a growing team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we see that you have:
5 – 10 years of experience from business operations and business development
Prior experience of working within e-commerce and tech startup/scale up company
Previous leadership experience and it is meritorious to have had staff responsibility before
An academic degree in engineering, such as Applied Physics, industrial engineering or similar
Strong analytical skills with the ability to map up processes
Experience from retail industry is meritorious
Entrepreneurial spirit and with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment
Team oriented with the will to be operative and get things done
Good communications skills, with fluency in English both verbal and written


Additional information
This is a full-time position placed in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible and you will report to Head of Operations
