Head of Business process management Industrial ERP Backbone, IEB

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

To support the ongoing Industrial ERP backbone (SAP) transformation, we have established a team consisting of experienced project managers to lead the ongoing End-2 End business prcess transformation within IEB connected and activities across Scania affected business processest. We are now looking for a new dynamic manager for this team.
Assignment
In this role you will lead the team of Project managers driving the E2E business process transformation areas connected to the IEB program and work close to our soulution architects in this task. We should always strive to solve challenges close to the organisation and function most affected. To succed with the strategic vision of the IEB we need to take the end to end and flow perspective, crossing boundaries to create the best possible solution where the customer always is the top priority. This is where your team comes into play. You will have the responsibility to further develop the team and make sure we have the right capabilities and capacity to handle the multifaceted needs of the organisation over time One of the primary tasks is to support your team in taking away obstacles and make sure that we have focus on the end result as expected from the assignor, even in a challenging and changing environment.
In this role you will report to the IEB program director.
Your profile
You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and gets motivated in finding the best way forward in cooperation with others, not afraid of being demanding and challenging when needed. You are communicative and well-structured in your work. You have a good analytical ability and navigate between details and the larger picture with ease. Formal background is a university degree within engineering or equivalent. You have proven leadership experience, preferably from senior roles and experience from larger projects and transformations. You also have proven experience from relevant business areas and the SAP tool. You possess great people skills, a large dose of curiosity, and a positive can-do attitude to motivate your surroundings. Acting in an environment of change and implementing new ideas and solutions, even in complex and challenging situations, really gets you going.
