We are looking for a Head of Business Services Customer Service Northern Europe to be based in our office in Stockholm Solna, Sweden. The employment would ideally start in February 2019.

An interesting and challenging position in our Nordic Customer Service organization. You will be the Head of Business Services Customer Service and be responsible for the tasks below:
• Leadership responsibility
• Securing the profitability of Customer Service
• Participate in the strategic planning and take responsibility for the financial planning
• Steering of actual plan deviations
• Steering and optimization of KPIs
• Continuous optimization of processes
• Positively influence the operational performances
• Initiate and ensure the completion of projects
• Safeguarding the underlying processes on a trust basis
• Securing and control of the charging of service partners
• Calculation of internal and external costs and charging rates
• Securing the charging of services performed
• Securing of compliance with CS and BSH guidelines
• Ensure Customer Service conformity to ICS
You offer
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following criteria:
• A university degree within Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years work experience in Controlling or Finance & Accounting
• Excellent analytical and process skills
• Fluent in English. Knowledge in a Nordic language is helpful.
• Focus on efficiency improvements, results and quality. Innovate mindset and a creator of ideas, solutions and demonstration of entrepreneurial spirit.
As a person you have high social skills which allow you to build honest and respectful relationships, communicate productively and build trust. You also have a sense of humour.
