BU Combat System is Saab's system house within the core business Command & Control, where we cover our customers' needs in the air, land and naval domains.

We are now looking for a Head of Business Support

Your role

You will be heading the Business Support department with approx. 15 dedicated employees.

As head of Business Support you will have a key role in driving and leading the internal life of Combat Systems. Together with your team you will secure BU-common governance and support, providing a clear framework and enabling the product units to focus on their operations. You will take on responsibility for a number of central functions at BU-level, such as:

* Project Management Governance;
* Offset & Industrial Participation;
* Export Control;
* Information Technology and Information Management;
* Security;
* Premises; and
* Administrative Support;

Business Support will also be the BU home for the Surveillance Quality function.



Your profile

We are looking for a person with excellent judgment and leadership skills. A key success factor will be the ability to make the complete Business Unit run in the same direction.

Further, the successful candidate has a broad profile with at least the following attributes:

* Experience from leading a team of skilled individuals;
* Deep knowledge of our business models, customer needs and regulatory framework;
* Ability to take decisions, sometimes without the full picture;
* Cooperative and keen on working as a team player; and
* Ability to prioritize and distinguish between main and secondary tasks

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act

Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, cyber security, combat systems and C4I solutions.
