Our Radio business is strong. We are developing & delivering products at a high speed, and we have an exciting outlook for our portfolio. We are looking for a senior manager with strong Radio & Leadership experience who can tackle the challenge to evolve our Capability & Finance handling.
Operations & Programs within PEU Radio is governing the development of all Ericsson Radio Products. We are now searching for a Capability & Finance Manager. You will lead a team of senior finance-, capability- and portfolio managers, leading the PDU Radio finances and securing the capability needed to deliver our radio portfolio. You and your team will manage a global capability of around 3000 people and be responsible for a budget of over 10 BSEK.
What you will do
What do we expect from you as a Capability and Finance Manager?

* As a Capability and Finance manager you will be responsible for managing the PEU Radio finances. You will ensure a healthy financial situation for the PEU and secure a balanced capability across sectors and programs, enabling the PEU to deliver on the committed product plans as well as our approved budget.
* You will organize and structure the work both short term and long term in the financial & capability area domain as well as working with improvements in ways of working.
* Secure financial adherence to our frames
* Define resource frames & secure corresponding adherence
* Secure and prioritize capability for our programs in line with the frames
* Drive the monthly forecast process
* Main interface to PEU Radio LT, Product Line and HWEU/BNEW financial community
* Deliver the monthly IPP
* Long term capability- and scenario planning
* Develop Teams and Organizations
* Drive & Coach Continuous Improvements
* As a leader for our Capability and Finance group you need to have a strong financial interest and a passion to improve our ways of working.
* You´re expected to have an excellent ability to manage different stakeholders, involve and engage with our global teams, as well as to create structure and to prioritize. We put high emphasis on your personality. We expect a very senior leader, with good networking and leadership skills, who is pragmatic & result oriented.
* We are searching for a leader with a strong leadership background, and we believe that you are working as a line or program manager in a similar position. Preferably you have experience from Radio business and/or Hardware/Software development.

You will bring
* MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
* Experience from industrialization of complex technical hardware products
* Financial & capability management experience
* Experience from Radio development
* Experience from both Software and HW development is preferred
* Flow, Agile and Lean knowledge & skills
* Experience from leading change
* E2E product development knowledge
* Planning and structure
* Drive decision making
