Head of CCP Treasury
We have an opportunity for you to join Nasdaq’s Treasury Team as Head of CCP Treasury!
As our next Head of CCP Treasury, you will be responsible for all clearing house related matters within Treasury. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, asset management, liquidity management, reporting and being involved in various types of projects as they relate to Treasury responsibilities.
What you will do
The CCP Treasury operations are driven by Nasdaq Clearing AB’s margin and default fund contributions. Managing these funds includes construction and continuous update of the relevant policies (Investment, Liquidity, Regulatory Capital and Default Fund policies) in accordance with regulations, as well as managing the investments and portfolio and liquidity programs in accordance therewith. Additionally, you will participate in default management exercises and potential default events. As these activities are regulated by the Swedish FSA and overseen by the Central Bank of Sweden, you will be required to communicate and report to regulators and our internal Compliance & Risk teams on these matters on a regular basis. You will also participate as a member of and report to multiple investment, liquidity and risk management focused committees and will be responsible for preparing clear and concise reports and presentations to these groups.

The Best-Suited Candidate has:
Several years of experience from a multinational corporate treasury, a bank, a credit institution, a fund management company or similar.
Excellent knowledge of and experience in asset management, trading and managing fixed income instruments.
Good knowledge of the operations and requirements for a clearing house, including experience of EMIR.
University degree within Finance.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent presentation development skills
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Meriting Experiences:
Managerial experience
Experience and understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flows)
Experience with market data, trading platforms and treasury management systems (Bloomberg. 360T, Quantum etc.)
Education Required: BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business
Experience Required: At least 12 years
