Head of Cell/Module/Pack

Come and join us at CEVT as head of our focused Battery team in the Battery & HV electronics department. The group consists of 10 people and the team’s main responsibility is the battery hardware - cell, modules and pack. As Head of Cell/Module/Pack team you will lead the team in implementation of business goals and translating strategies into department policy. You will be a member of Battery & HV Electronic management team. You might become Scrum Master of an agile team pending on previous experiences. The daily work will be everything from managing employee related tasks to budget and project issues.

There will be close collaboration with our colleagues in China. Once we get closer to the industrialization, China usually takes over and CEVT is focusing on the early development phases. You will be based at our office in Lindholmen, but occasionally you would go on expeditions and travel abroad.

Suitable background and experience

More than five years of experience from managerial positions
More than five years of experience from development of high voltage batteries
MSc Physical/Electronic/Software or equivalent
Fluent English in speech and writing
Driving license B, according to Swedish standards
Merit: Agile way of working, e.g. Scrum or Kanban
