We are now looking for a Head of CEO Office. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and the Management team to conduct strategic decisions across the entire business. Do you want to be a crucial part of NA-KD’s future? Then this is the role for you!

Your Future

- Work closely with CEO and top management at NA-KD
- Lead, audit, and support strategic initiatives throughout the company
- Work closely with Planning team and sales targets
- Support marketing functions on continuing SEO improvements, attribution models, and platform migrations
- Close follow up on market and category expansion. Plan and drive new initiatives
- Effectively communicate quantitative findings (storytelling with data), make and defend meaningful conclusions and recommendations, identify and interpret trends and relationships to product and business stakeholders
- Work closely with technology teams in delivering various products
- Be creative in finding quick-win (low-hanging fruits) typed business development projects with data analysis


Your Skills & Past

- 6+ years of experience in business development, project management, and market expansions
- Experience in fashion e-commerce with international operations is a must
- Proven knowledge of data-driven decision making
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders from senior positions and their competing needs
- Solid technology understanding; ability to communicate effectively with IT
- Experience in collaborating with various departments such as finance, marketing, planning, supply & chain, and business intelligence
- Hands on experience in CMS technology, vendor selection, and development implementation (on project management level)
- Translation management systems selecting, integrating, and onboarding
- Leading major projects from roadmapping to delivery of the end product.
- Team oriented, service-minded, and has great communication skills
- Have a go-getter attitude with a high energy level and ability to come up with new ideas and execute rapidly
- Fluent in business English, both speaking and in writing
