Ikano Bank is looking for an entrepreneurial and performance-driven Head of CFO office who can be the sparring partner for our CFO and play a key role in developing the CFO Office which main task is to navigate the bank towards its financial targets, drive business growth and enable the digital transformation.

As Head of CFO Office you will be responsible to set up and lead the newly established CFO Office which responsibilities include Management advisory, Financial Investment Governance, Product Ownership and Project Office for the CFO area. You will be leading a team of 3 to 5 people and as Head of CFO Office, report to the CFO, and be a member of the Finance Management Team.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Management advisor to the CFO and the Finance Management Team, including development of analyses and materials to the Board and Group Management on strategy, change, and finance related topics

Partner with the CFO and Finance Management Team to deliver on the Finance transformation strategy, which is to become the most efficient and commercially driven Finance unit in the market

Set up and govern a bank wide financial investment governance process to establish a structure for financial value realization from investments, and engage in strategy development from a CFO perspective

•
Lead the CFO Office Product owners and project office

•
Secretary for the Group Asset Allocation Committee

Are you the one for Ikano?

The position requires that you are experienced in banking and have genuine commercial, strategic and leadership skills to make a difference. We believe you have;

•
Experience from supporting C-level management

•
Experience of developing the strategy for an enterprise-wide finance function driving improvements in financial processes and systems; and improving the efficiency of the finance function.

•
Comprehensive understanding and experience of financial investment governance on group level

•
Experience as Project/Program Manager and Agile project work

•
A minimum of 5 years experience from banking

•
Experience from Management Consulting is an advantage
