We are looking for strongly determined and passionate Head of Change Management & adoption (DTO transformation) to help deliver business value in digital projects by driving deployment and adoption of new or existing capabilities in line organizations. Activities of a Head of Change Management & adoption (DTO transformation) includes oversee and coordinate Lighthouses and MA transformation programs by collaborating closely with Market Areas, Business Areas, and Customer Units to drive adoption, ensuring feedback from stakeholders is made available and remove barriers for adoption, and supporting change manager experts in lighthouses projects.

Characteristics of the ideal candidate include; Ability to deliver results under complex and uncertain circumstances, experience from deploying technology solutions across a wide range of stakeholders, and the ability to orchestrate change activities in virtual and diverse teams. Head of change management and adoption will be based in Madrid

Responsibilities of Head of change management & adoption (DTO transformation)
Establish and run coordinated governance across LH and MA transformation programs.
Identify mutual dependencies and drive transformation alignment across LH/customer experience.
Establish common best practices and methods across various customer journey transformation.
Deliver Change management coaching and mentoring toward LH and MA leads.
Secure DTO resources and assets to support line transformation programs.
Serve a senior advisor to Head of DTO and GTO on change management strategy.
Support head of DTO and GTO is keeping executive sponsors engaged in the transformation.
Support head of DTO and GTO in identifying dependencies and leveraging synergies with other corporate programs.
Act as senior transformation lead, removing barriers and influencing transforming organization
Impact DTO/GTO communication strategy to support change management goals.
Secure that clear vision of customer experience transformation end state is available and continuously supported by key sponsoring executives
Approve change management OKR and ensure they drive the desired behavior, benefits and transformation objectives
Secure that change management progress and challenges are appropriately made visible in quarterly reviews. Propose actions and decisions as needed.


Qualifications
University degree/MBA in Business or Engineering / ICT
Significant experience from driving transformation-, change- or roll out projects
Experience in customer and stakeholder management in complex and diverse business environments
Experience from working close to end users / customers to understand their needs and requirements
Results oriented with a track record of delivering results
Experience in customer and stakeholder management in complex and diverse business environments
Previous experiences as Key Account Manager, Service Delivery Director, MSCOO, COM, Program Director or similar
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Proven track record of deploying technology solutions across a wide range of users
Good understanding of the market, end users / customers, and their challenges and opportunities


Preferred Qualification
Experience from agile ways of working and change management in agile deliveries / projects
