To drive our channel sales and marketing agenda for partner growth models, we’re currently looking for a Head of Channel Operations. You’ll join an exciting journey at our fast-growing division Design and Planning Automation, part of Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions (SMF). A great opportunity to shape your own role and grow your career while keeping a healthy balance between work and private life.
Where?
Our main hub is a new and modern office located at Gasverket in Stockholm, but we’re flexible and you can work from anywhere as long it meets our security protocol.
Your mission
You play a central role in taking our division forward – acting as team lead for our channel marketing and channel business transformation programs, revolutionizing the industry by bringing sustainable and autonomous machining solutions to the market. We work with a wide variety of partners, from big and complex to small and familiar, and you support them by ensuring the right skills, tools, activity, and good understanding of our value proposition. Also taking ownership for our partner acquisition and end-customer programs, you have a key role in driving the shift from discrete campaigns to omni-channel experiences that engage our target audiences throughout their purchasing journey.
You coordinate processes across our organization and guide us towards max outcome – leading a strong team of experts within growth marketing, sales operations and technology business development. The way of working is highly collaborative, and you balance a helicopter view with hands-on detail focus in sales operations and process flows, enabling simplifications and clarity.
Who you are
Although experience of managing partner and channel sales – especially within manufacturing and with partners of varying size – are very useful in this role, your personality is you most important asset here. With transparency, great communication skills and a strong business acumen, you confidently navigate, influence, and build understanding among key stakeholders both within and outside of our complex organization. You’re good at advancing strategic and qualitative discussions in a collaborative way.
Solid skills within analysis, marketing, and team development – combined with a dose of creativity and the ability to listen and understand customer problems, are also very useful. Add some knowledge about market automation, Partner Relationship Management (Impartner) and CRM (preferably Salesforce) and you’re good to go. We look forward to your application!
