Your responsibilities
Manager of 15 to 20 people worldwide
Reporting to the Global Head of Construction & Commissioning
Worldwide responsibility at Product Group Level
Full support to Subcontracting team in Contracting Civil and Installation Services
Following Constructability assessments during tendering and execution
Participation in defining adequate civil construction strategy in relation to schedule and budgets
Building and managing a team of professionals in Civil and construction areas
Ensuring that Civil scopes in Projects are set up and executed as an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Process
Developing and adjusting relevant processes/procedures to ensure proper guiding of Civil Project Management and Operations at all times
Participation to assure the profitable execution of civil works on all HVDC projects
Ensuring all department execution personnel are properly managed, appraised and developed in accordance with the relevant appraisal and people review processes of the company

Your background
You hold a civil engineering degree and a strong background in civil work
Background as a civil construction manager, site manager and/or civil supervisor
10-15 years management experience as well as civil construction experience
Multi-national experience and very good English proficiency
Strong intercultural skills and abilities for managing of worldwide processes, procedures and leading with local management
Proven track record to have delivered the EPC success of Civil within a complex HVDC or power plant or oil and gas job
Ability to travel frequently
Resilient and solid character with strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to interact at any Senior level of management
