Eliq is a market leading, fast-growing Swedish SaaS company, enabling utilities to help their customers to better manage their energy consumption and access new energy services through analytics and white label mobile apps.
The Role
As we are growing into new European markets, we are now recruiting a Head of Client Operations to join the founders in the senior leadership team.
As Head of Client Operations, you are responsible for the fulfilment of our contracts, the success of our enterprise clients and ultimately revenue generation, renewals and growth of the accounts. A key part of the role is to coach project managers in client implementation projects and coordinate the deliveries with the development teams.
What you will do
Manage the Project Management, Client Success (CSM) and Client Support teams in Sweden and the UK
Be responsible for the revenue fulfillment from existing clients
Own and improve the project management process for Client Implementation projects
Work with our CSMs to refine our client success framework and facilitate for the team to reach their goals
Double the team size from 6 to circa 13 over the next year
Working closely with the Sales and Development organisations to ensure maximum alignment across the organisation
The role reports directly to the CEO.
The role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We welcome international applicants with an existing permission to work in the EU, who are willing to relocate
What we expect from you in order to succeed
Minimum of 3 years of experience from IT project management in an enterprise environment
Commercial experience/ownership of budget
Outstanding structure and drive
Experience of managing a team
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in an international working environment.
