To improve our relations with all of the fantastic clients in the Nordics, we are looking for our new Head of Client Relations – that will lead, develop and help the Nordic Client Relations team to reach both long- and short-term goals.
Your role as Head of Client Relations Nordics
As the Head of Client Relations Nordics, you will bear the overall responsibility for managing our Nordic client portfolio. You will lead a management team focusing on different segments. Leading from the front, you will be commercially responsible for managing and developing Benify’s Nordic client portfolio to drive revenue and enable sustainable growth. Together with other functions, you will scope missing processes and set up new standards and templates, as well as establish pricing and standard commercials for change management, including ways of working with change requests and change packages.
In this position, you will also:
• Devise client plans to maximize growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling and/or entering new territories
• Develop Benify’s service proposition for Nordic clients and define standard service levels for each in-life area to ensure client satisfaction
• Support in defining the process for clients transitioning from launched project into business as usual
• Align strategic client management, operational client management and administration processing for our Nordic accounts
• Implement initiatives to ensure captured value and utilized USPs throughout the client lifecycle through Benify’s product functionalities and developments
• Foster and maintain a strong collaboration between Client Relations and other functions such as Operations, Sales and Professional Services to ensure an excellent client experience

As Head of Client Relations Nordics, you are a coach and mentor at heart. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong personal interest in driving and inspiring your team to perform and reach its goals. We see that you are commercially driven and are intrigued by the exciting challenge to drive change and take our Client Relation function to the next level.
We also see that you have:
• 5-7 years experience from a similar role at a SaaS company. Meritorious if it’s within HR Tech or Compensation & Benefits
• Previous experience of creating high performing managers and a proven track-record of leading them to success through an inspiring and engaging leadership
• A background with successfully identifying opportunities for improvement and to set and drive a strategic plan from thought to action
• Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed since we are a global company
