What’s the job really about?
In this position, you lead extensive cross functional teams with many different competences. With a holistic view, you take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle – from strategy and vision to discovery and delivery – enabling us to develop cloud capabilities that are efficient, secure and automated. You take lead in deciding and creating the products long-term visions and strategies, execute market research and facilitate the consumer dialogues for fast feedback-loops to optimize the customer experience for all cloud service products. With your expertise in the area, you understand the value that the cloud unlocks in our business transformation and you know how to access that value. You identify yourself as a thought leader, meaning you demonstrate expertise, express your ideas clearly and to the point, you develop differentiating industry and function points of view based on the diverse business need from our divisions.
Important parts of your mission are:


creating and prioritizing the product roadmaps based on business needs and use those roadmaps to unify the team around common objectives and key results
tracking product performance and help the product team to develop their processes and ability to self-organize
defining cloud powered strategies and operating models with a view to leading the next wave of enterprise-wide transformation
continuously refining the cloud narrative within your function and keep up to date with the latest cloud ecosystem, technology as well how they impact our business
focusing to reach a Multi-cloud setup with one primary platform
connecting and collaborating with our cloud ecosystem partners, for example hyperscalers and platform providers, to shape cloud future for our business.

The location for this position is either Sandviken or Stockholm.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with an IT-degree or the equivalent proven practical experience with an agile product management mindset. You have extensive competence within the cloud area, product management and digital product development. To be successful in this role, you also need experience from collaboration in cross-functional teams and partnering across organizational boundaries combined with great leadership skills. You have previously led Public Cloud deliveries in large organizations and have knowledge in stakeholder management practices. Working in a global environment calls for fluency in English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

With your excellent communication and networking skills you easily keep presentations and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of our global business. You thrive working in an agile and changing setting and with your overall view you’re able to see both details and the big picture.
