You will be responsible for Commercial and Contract Management, CMM, a newly centralized function within Business Area Surveillance. Your task will be to establish a strong CMM department on Business area level, to strengthen the guild and lift the status of the function, enable development for the talented and ambitious Commercial Managers, clarify the function´s value during the whole business lifecycle and build a platform to train and develop driven and skilled negotiators.
Your role
As Head of CMM, you will be responsible primarily to ensure that the business units have adequate and professional commercial managers and negotiators during the winning business as well as the execute business processes.
The main tasks are to:

Ensure that Surveillance Business Board takes informed commercial decisions
*
Ensure that all Business Units receive professional and adequate CMM support
*
Ensure that we present ourselves in a united and coordinated manner towards our customers across all Business Units in Surveillance
*
Build up competence and experience in a more structured way
*
Implement and maintain a more structured way to manage the commercial issues during the Execute Business phase
*
Co-operate with and establish close relation to other functions like Legal, Business Compliance, Sourcing and Finance and ensure all commercial issues are coordinated
*
Educate and train individuals in Surveillance to take on larger negotiation assignments
*
Implement utilization of all resources in CMM across all Business Units in an optimal manner
Your profile
The nature of the role requires a combination of Commercial Business experience, negotiation skills and change leadership. It also requires capability along with an ability and interest to coordinate and collaborate across the geographically dispersed Business Units, central functions in Surveillance as well as Operating Country Units.
An ideal candidate will have some of the following skills and experience:

Proven ability in leading a team, including strong delegation skills, and an ability to lead a geographically dispersed team
*
A proven track record at successfully leading change processes
*
Sound business foundation and business management experience
*
A proven track record at successfully building customer relationships and leading negotiations
*
An ability to be an advocate for the commercial function with all Business units and functions
*
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
*
Knowledge of Surveillance´s product range is not explicitly required, but would be an advantage
*
Knowledge of Saab, its ways of working and processes as well as an established internal network would be an advantage

Desire to participate actively in Surveillance decision boards
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
