The department Commercial is newly set up, which means that you will be a part of building and shape processes, working relationships, capabilities, and the content of the new department. We believe that digitalization is one of keys to succeed. Our focus is to maximize customer and business value by turning data and information into smart solutions.
About the position
As Head of Commercial Excellence, you work multidisciplinary throughout the organization with the goal to enable maximized profitable growth. Main areas of responsibility consist of:
* Manage and develop energy solutions based on market & customer needs
* Identify and leverage market and funding opportunities
* Long-term market forecasting and financial analysis
* Manage targeted marketing activities towards relevant segments and customers
* Drive lead generation through digital channels and convert to sales
In the role, you will be responsible for 4 domains. You lead through 4 managers and a total of about 30 employees.
The first domain is to secure that we have an attractive and profitable products portfolio based on our customers’ needs and markets insights. You will work with product experts and business developers with the end-to-end product success responsibility.
The second team assesses market developments, identifies opportunities and quantitative evaluates project appraisals. This is to ensure a balanced risk/reward assessment and ensure profitability across project life. This team consists mainly of market experts and financial analysts.
The third area of responsibility is to drive digital targeted marketing activities and data driven digital sales both for our B2C and B2B business
The fourth area is called strategic partnerships and city development and includes the long-term development with partners and cities.
Who are you?
To be successful in the role we believe that you have a master’s in engineering, finance, business administration or economics and experience of leading a commercial department in a large international company.
