Supporting the dealer network, understanding what is impacting the market demand, driving efficiency in end-to-end chain and incremental sales. We are now looking for a Head of Commercial Management & Volume Planning in Sales Region Europe and International!
In your role, you will lead and work with a dynamic and international team providing business and commercial support to Sales Market Areas, the Management team in Sales Region Europe & International, and the dealers. Communication will be an essential part of your daily work and you will get a broad knowledge of dealer business, construction equipment market and VCE operations. You will be responsible for Volume Planning process for the regions, analyzing and challenging dealers demand, as well keeping strong links to VCE Operations and Global Sales & Operations function. With a constant focus on efficiency and customer experience your team will be ensuring the best machine delivery lead times for the customers, facilitating end-to-end initiatives, and keeping control over the complete order to delivery chain.
You will be accountable to drive and continuously develop the pricing process for machines and attachment business. Collect market data and providing commercial data reporting solutions and analysis that support the Regions in daily and strategic decisions.

Qualification Required
University degree in Finance or Business Administration or equal qualification
Experience from commercial area like prizing, volume planning and business coordination is an advantage.
