We are continuously growing and are on the lookout for a Head of Communications to join our Communications Team of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.

About the role
You will work with, inspire and lead the Communications Team (comms + social) to develop and implement Zimpler’s overall Communications strategy (Marketing / Product & Corp Comms) on all channels. Handle relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as reporters, media and creative teams.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and you will be part of the Marketing Leadership Team.

Things you’ll be responsible for
- Be responsible for the development of all communications material, including press releases, messaging, talking points, social content and presentations as necessary
- Develop Public Relations plans to promote Zimpler’s brand, product offerings, focusing on relevant markets/segments, including programming and events
- Cultivate close working relationships with Sales, Leadership Team, Product & Strategy to drive a unified message through our campaign cadences
- Identify and develop communications tactics and strategy - per market, segment, partner (as necessary)
- Own and create the GTM communication strategies across the business


Things you are really good at
- Proficiency with all forms of media - traditional, digital (including web 3.0) and social media
- Strong writing and editorial skills, and social-media/metaverse savvy
- People facilitator and ability to foster positive relationships
- Strong media relations experience with an ability to think creatively and develop new ways to reach media and consumers - ideally with existing relationships that could be leveraged
- Shown ability to build communications campaigns that align with business objectives


And you are definitely
- Minimum 5 years hands-on communications experience in the Fintech or Media industry, with experience managing a team
- Passion and strong knowledge of fintech, entertainment, media & future innovation
- Bachelor’s degree required
